Refund Policy

1. Digital goods

Premium points are delivered as digital account credit after payment confirmation. They are available for in-game store purchases on MorgarOT Retro.

2. Final sale

Completed premium-point purchases are final. MorgarOT Retro does not issue cash refunds back to cards, banks, wallets, or payment processors after points are credited.

3. Compensation

If a verified store bug or duplicate charge affects a purchase, approved compensation is issued as premium-point credit or equivalent store credit.

4. Chargebacks

Chargebacks or payment disputes can lock account store access while the payment is reviewed. Contact staff first so the issue can be checked against the order ledger.

5. Service changes

Balance and store content may change as the live server evolves. Store credit remains account-bound and does not guarantee any specific item, balance state, or gameplay advantage.
